We have used Dove Cremation (Southwest) three times in the past eleven years. From the moment that Dove was contacted, they were available to us every day at any time. They made a difficult time easier to navigate. The staff was always professional and courteous. We were welcomed the moment we arrived, and they always remembered our names. Dove listened to our vision for the celebration of life for our loved one, and then made it happen. They stayed in contact with us after the service as well, making sure that we had everything that we needed. Our family will continue to use Dove’s services in the future.

Dove was extremely understanding and helpful. They took time to ensure my mother was able to say her goodbyes to her dad at a time outside of the visitation. (She needed a different time due to special circumstances). Thank you bill and Riley!

My dad had already set up his own funeral years ago. Dove was extremely helpful during this time after he passed. They honor all of our wishes. Very caring and stayed in contact with me to make sure we were doing ok. Thanks to all at Dove.

From the beginning to the end, Dan and everyone associated with our service for our mother Grace Thurman made sure every detail was in place. Even things we forgot to ask about they brought it to our attention. Thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail and also the drivers. We were able to have a smile on our face when talking about our mothers service. Thank you again!
